Course Booking form

You can use the form below to book a place on any of our Training Courses. For all other enquiries please contact us.

You can fill in the form on-line and send it to us electronically. We will acknowledge your booking by e-mail and, if a place is available, we will request your immediate payment by cheque. We will confirm your place (by e-mail) when we have received your cheque. We regret we are unable to process Credit Card payments.

If you prefer not to fill in the form on-line, you can print it, fill it in and post it to us with your cheque.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course starts we will retain £20 to cover our administration costs. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date are chargeable in full unless we are able to fill the place from a reserve list or special circumstances apply. We reserve the right to decide whether the latter applies.
