Training and Education

Welcome! Denmark Farm is a unique project offering a fully equipped training centre running a varied programme of low-cost, practical courses in conservation and sustainable living.

This year we are also piloting a varied programme of Practical Sustainability Courses: covering practical skills and leisure interest workshops.

“Much of the training addresses environmental and biodiversity restoration issues facing farmers, landowners and professionals alike, and goes on to help them find practical solutions.”
Joanna Robertson, Biodiversity Action Coordinator, Countryside Council for Wales

Please see Training Course availability for the list of conservation courses. From there you can book your place, request more details or request additional training under the headings of conservation, wildlife surveys and species identification. This will help us to tailor the ongoing programme to known demand. More new courses covering survey and species identification skills are now included. Bookmark this site for forthcoming updates.
