Site help

The pages that make up this site have been designed so that they will be displayed attractively and quickly no matter what browser, monitor, modem and computer you are using to view them.

The site has the following usability and accessibility features.

  • The main menu is shown at the top of every page. The pages you have already visited are shown in grey.
  • The secondary menu on every page has a link to:-
    • the Welsh version of the page;
    • a Site Map showing all pages;
    • this Site Help page.
  • Pages can be printed for reference easily and quickly. If you are using an up-to-date browser, the printed version of a page will contain all the text and images but not the on-screen menu or background.
  • All links have tooltips giving a brief description of where the link goes. Modern browsers display these when the link is selected (e.g. hovered over by the mouse).
  • Photos have alternative text to help vision-impaired users who use assistive technologies such as speech browsers and Braille readers.
